Every item is hand-poured or hand-cast in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, texture, or scent strength between individual pieces are normal and expected — they're part of what makes a handmade item handmade, not a defect.
Some pieces — particularly certain colors or shaped candles — are made in very small quantities and may sell out. We do our best to keep stock counts on the site accurate, but in rare cases an item may sell out before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we'll contact you promptly with a refund or alternative.
We're happy to accommodate reasonable customization requests (gift notes, custom scent blends, etc.) submitted at checkout, but we can't guarantee every request is possible. We'll reach out if we're unable to fulfill a specific request.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by such an error.
