Since everything is hand-poured or hand-cast to order in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships. Made-to-order and customized pieces may take a little longer — we'll let you know if so.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Candles and concrete pieces are fragile. We pack every order carefully to minimize the risk of damage in transit, but please let us know right away if anything arrives broken — see below.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at moonlit.meraki@outlook.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Because each piece is handmade, we don't accept returns for reasons like a change of mind on scent or color once an order has shipped — please read product descriptions carefully before ordering. Custom or personalized items (including anything with a customization note) are final sale.
